Starting with Rebekah (2), we all have come down with a bit of a cold. My symptoms have been a runny nose and LOTS of sinus pressure. Rebekah, David(4), and even Jacob all have runny noses and are sneezing a lot as well. If Séamus gets sick close to his surgery date he will have to wait a few more weeks until he can have surgery. We are praying hard that our little guy stays healthy up until (and past!) his surgery.
In addition to pushing back surgery, babies with congenital heart defects often have a harder time getting over illnesses and have a higher risk of complications.
Lord, please help my little fighter to stay healthy amidst his sneezy, snotty family. Amen.
